Job overview
Passionate about rehabilitation?
We have the opportunity for you to join our established ward at Hawkhurst OR to help develop a new ward at Westview (Benenden East) in Tenterden!
The majority of our patients require support to become as independent as possible before going home, having been admitted from being unwell at home or after a stay in an acute hospital.
We are looking for staff to support this exciting opportunity and be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely together to benefit the patient’s journey. Full induction and training will be provided to enhance your skills in rehabilitating patients, recognizing deteriorating patients, IV administration, end-of-life care, and wound care, depending on your qualifications.
We hold daily MDT board rounds, safety huddles, and use EPMA for medication administration.
We are hosting an open day on 30th November 2024 at Westview Community Hospital, Plummer Lane, Tenterden. TN30 6TX for nursing roles at Westview and Hawkhurst Community Hospitals. Please come to meet our staff, discuss available roles, and take a guided tour of the ward and facilities.
For further information, contact our Operational Leads: Louise Marsh 07866 062884, Rachel Nicholls 07554439581, or Bryony Donaldson 07557823356.
