About The Role As Practice and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team,. Leading and managing the administration team Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations Monitoring service performance and producing insightful reports Supporting service delivery through data analysis and process improvement Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination Presenting performance updates to senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders This is a pivotal role that ensures our healthcare provision is efficient, responsive, and aligned with community standards.
