Overview
Project Manager / Customer Service Executive – Location: Hertfordshire | Salary: GBP 30,000 - GBP 40,000 (Experience dependent) | Hours: Full-time, showroom-based (Not work from home)
Responsibilities
* Manage kitchen projects from design handover to installation.
* Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
* Coordinate with suppliers, fitters, and installers to keep everything on track.
* Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving.
* Follow up with clients after installation to make sure they\'re 100% happy.
What Theyre Looking For
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
* Proactive, with a positive can-do approach.
* Previous project management or customer service experience in interiors, kitchens, or similar is an advantage, but not essential if you\'re a fast learner with the right attitude.
