Job Description:
We are working with our client, an established asset management firm with a strong 15+ year track record and a team of 200+ globally, to hire for their operations team.
This role would involve joining an experienced team of around 10 others across operations and finance, with the opportunity to be involved in the full trade lifecycle from post-execution through to settlement. There would also be opportunities to participate in automation and streamlining projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operations experience, preferably from another buy-side firm; however, candidates from the sell-side will also be considered. Exposure to convertible bonds and various derivatives is highly desirable.
The base salary would be approximately £50-60k, depending on experience, with additional bonuses. Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week is also offered.
