We’re looking for people who are Punctual, dependable, flexible, and assured.

Experienced in Security Management
- on high-profile or high-risk sites SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders.

Level 3 Spectator Safety Qualified ( preferred ) Friendly, approachable, and professional in all interactions.

Keen to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Experienced in customer-facing roles or interested in building those skills.

At least 18 years old
- licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority.

Your core responsibilities will include Coordinating on-site protocols Making real-time decisions to protect the site, staff, and visitors Ensuring staff performance remains at the highest possible standard Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.

Being a smart, approachable, and proactive presence as a security representative.

Managing and guiding a Team Managing and responding to incidents effectively while remaining calm under pressure.

Conducting security patrols, managing access points, and deterring unauthorised activity.

Building strong relationships as part of a supportive and professional team.

Managing and responding to incidents including challenging situations effectively while remaining calm under pressure.

Managing communications across the teams/sites ensuring effective briefing, situational oversight, and team welfare.

Carrying out daily patrols and ensuring the wellbeing of all staff is in order and any people related issues are addressed and actioned accordingly.

Providing security escorts for Visitors, Clients, Contractors & Staff as and when required.

To manage the people resources effectively and efficiently to deliver the required services.
