A large, established, agricultural-basedpany is looking to expand their team for a Weighbridge Operative based in Belfast.
Your new role
You will be required to open and close the weighbridge and will be the point of contact for yard personnel to enter/exit or in case of an emergency. You will be operating the weighbridge, ensuring all lorries are booked in and out correctly.Your duties will include:
1. Weighing lorries in and out at our weighbridges.
2. Dealing with customer and in-house queries
3. Directing the drivers as to which locations to collect from or deliver to.
4. Maintenance of Weighbridge records and reconciliation of stocks; reporting of anomalies to the management team.
5. Reconciliation of ship discharge figures and ensuring accuracy of details in D365 and weighbridge systems.
6. Assist in basic maintenance of weighbridge and weighbridges.
7. Basic admin duties on the site thermal camera system.
8. Running system reports to track data accuracy
9. Reconciliation of invoices before passing to Operations Manager for approval.
10. Operation of the SCADA control systems to assist drivers with loading as required.
11. Booking of haulage, including creation of fixing numbers for same.
12. Monitor thermal cameras and respond to the alarms by clearing them as necessary.
13. Take responsibility for all tasks relating to the weighbridges, reboots, zeroing & replacement of paper in printers.

15. Populate bin quantities /modities across silo bins following vessel discharge D365
16. Silo stock - bin roll on when bins physically empty D365 (record bin empty board details).
17. Reconcile silo boards with D365 daily (WTS Management will reconcile weekly)
You will also be required to:
18. Maintain high safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
19. Looking after the upkeep of the weighbridge facilities.
20. Product temperature readings
21. Taking of samples and dispatching these to the relevant laboratories.
22. Monitoring and checking CCTV systems.
23. Checking trailers for cleanliness.
24. Safety inductions of contractors and visitors.
25. Ensuring that drivers, contractors and visitors adhere to site rules, while maintaining professional and cordial relations with all parties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have the following: * 2 years (minimum) experience in Operations / Logistics & Planning which should include administrative duties or Weighbridge operating Or a high level of administrative experience with a willingness to learn in an operational environment (transferable skills)
26. Must be customer-focused and have strongmunication skills.
27. Must be able to work flexible hours if required and 1 in 3 weekends.Minimum of 5 GCSEs IT Skills:puter-literate with the ability to analyse data, produce reports and maximise the potential of businessputer systems is a prerequisite for this position.
