You will undertake a wide variety of admin duties including coordinating the generic Outlook mailboxes, managing task rotas to facilitate hybrid working, update the Social Work Case Management systems, pro vide a word processing service, maintain spreadsheets, answer and field phone calls, minute taking, scan and index documents and other general admin tasks to support our colleagues who provide a frontline service to the community.
