As part of a cross-functional team, you'll influence product strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, GraphQL
What You’ll Do:
* Lead full-stack development across Rails and React/React Native
* Shape architectural decisions and build scalable systems
* Ensure high technical quality with code reviews and best practices
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and collaboration
* Work closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-focused features
* Improve engineering processes and tools to boost efficiency
* Be hands-on, writing code and solving technical challenges
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React/React Native
* Proven skills in scalable architecture and distributed systems
* Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge within a fast-paced, dynamic team
