About the school and role
For KS3 through KS5, this school is seeking a full-time Drama teacher. You will deliver inspiring and motivating lessons to help students reach their greatest potential. You will organise and facilitate a stimulating and motivating learning environment and work with a welcoming, close-knit art department that values collaboration and co-planning to ensure best practices and consistency in all classrooms.
Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring and motivating Drama lessons for KS3–KS5.
* Organise and facilitate a stimulating and motivating learning environment for students.
* Collaborate with the art department and co-plan assignments to ensure best practices and uniformity in all classrooms.
Qualifications and requirements
* QTS or PGCE with experience in Drama.
* Confidence in teaching the material and the ability to plan multiple lessons ahead of time for various year groups.
* Familiarity with the current curriculum and understanding of the support students will need to meet term goals.
