Nursery Room Leader (Level 3 qualified)
Salary: Up to £32,500 per year

What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
* Proven leadership experience within a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Excellent communication, planning, and team leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities:
As the Room Leader, you will:
* Lead a specific age group room and ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Plan, deliver, and oversee engaging, age-appropriate activities that support holistic development.
* Guide and mentor your team, providing coaching and support to uphold the highest childcare standards.
* Build trusting relationships with families, encouraging collaboration in each child's learning journey.
* Maintain rigorous safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards
