Hays Social Care are recruiting for a Registered Manager Nurse Hays are currently recruiting for an RMN position in the Moston area, where you will be overseeing a 6 6-bed supported living service. You must be a registered nurse to be suitable for this position. This is a permanent position, and you will be expected to work 42 hours per week. There is flexibility around working patterns for this role. However, you sometimes may be required to work weekends or act as the on call. Typical day-to-day duties include: Holding and maintaining responsibility for the CQC rating of the service and ensuring all compliance is adhered to (must maintain a GOOD CQC rating) Discussing and planning both short and long term goals for the service. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships. Create and uphold an open and positive culture throughout the service. Ensuring the service is run well and safely at all times. Host all CQC inspections, audits, visits and reviews of the service. Provide leadership to all staff members. Monitor all safeguarding concerns. To apply and promote a strong understanding of the Mental Health Capacity Act (2005). Required qualifications for this role: Registered Nurse qualification. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for health and social care. Driving licence.
