Key Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams.
* Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
* Follow HVAC safety guidelines and meet local codes.
* Remove old systems and install new systems as per installation checklist.
* Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
* Train install helpers assigned to assist you.
* Keep customers informed about ongoing work and solutions.
* Maintain truck inventory for optimal efficiency.
* Promote our brand and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
* Must have an active and valid HVAC Journeyman License in the state of Kentucky
* Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
* Exceptional customer service skills
* 3+ years of Residential HVAC service experience
