Job overview We have the rare opportunity to offer a skilled ST3 a position within our sort after trust within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department. The post-holder will be required to participate in middle grade junior doctors on call rota along with other clinical activities according to current UK practice. They will need to have experience in and be able to manage common Obstetric problems, including failure to progress in labour, secondary arrest of labour, induction of Labour, PET, sepsis, APH and PPH. Although there is always a consultant resident on the delivery suite during the daytime and twilight shifts (until 2130), out of hours the post-holder will be required to have clinical experience in and be competent to provide clinical service in obstetrics and gynaecology.
