About the role:
Our Supported Living service provides bespoke round-the-clock care for autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. You will support them both at home and in the community, assisting with personal and household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, outings, appointments, and activities they enjoy.
