What you’ll do
With this role you will be supporting a teenage boy with complex care needs in his home. He lives with his mum and attends school on a reduced timetable. Our client has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. We are looking for a care professional who will bring energy, empathy and enthusiasm to every shift.
You will be someone who values building strong relationships, loves to get creative with play and activities, enjoys reading stories, going out for walks and providing high‑quality and attentive care.
Key Duties

* Medication administration
* Play therapy / stimulation
* Personal care
* Manual handling
* Suction
Qualifications – What you’ll need
You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full nurse‑led training and ongoing clinical support to develop skills in various areas.
