Job Description
We're looking for an experienced product leader to step into the role of Head of Product – Score and Report in our Direct-to-Consumer business. Reporting to the Product Director, you will lead our product offerings that help consumers view, understand, and improve their Experian credit score and report. As a senior member of the Product team, you will be responsible for growing and enhancing the propositions and features at the heart of Experian's product set.
What you'll do:
1. Define the Product Vision and Strategy: Develop, articulate, and deliver a clear product vision and strategy for Experian's Score and Report domain, across all product tiers including both app and web.
2. Delivering Innovations and Strategic Initiatives: Lead the delivery of new innovations, products, features, and large strategic projects to enhance our credit score and report offerings. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and market these initiatives.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Analysts, fostering a collaborative and outcome-driven culture.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure key project delivery.
5. OKR Ownership: Manage the OKRs for the Score and Report domain, aligning with business goals and overseeing the domain's performance.
6. Driving Engagement and Growth: Implement strategies to increase customer engagement, upsell premium offerings, and improve retention through innovative features.
Qualifications
1. Product Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a Head of Product or senior Product Manager ready for leadership, with extensive product success.
2. Consumer focus: Deeply consumer-obsessed, with a commitment to understanding and solving customer problems, creating products that meet real needs.
3. People Management: Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor teams.
4. Strategic Vision: Experience in developing and implementing product visions that drive growth and satisfaction.
5. Stakeholder Influence: Experience managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
6. Commercial Acumen: Understanding of commercial metrics, developing business cases, and communicating progress effectively.
