Our partner schools offer on:the:job training and a supportive team of experienced staff to help you thrive. In this term:time role, youll assist students aged 4:11, contributing to their social, emotional, and academic development. If you have experience working with children or a background in caregiving, a teaching assistant role could be the next step for you. This is a long term role with full:time hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support learners individually or in small groups
* Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with resources and activities
* Build positive relationships with staff, learners, and their families
* Collaborate with other staff members
* Bring your best self to work every day
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
* Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
* Experience working with children or in childcare
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Confidence and motivation to guide individuals or small groups
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
