Adult & Paediatric Crisis Worker - Bransford/Telford - 0Hrs
Additional Locations: The Glade SARC, Telford
Ideally, candidates will live in the Kidderminster area as there is an expectation to travel between both sites.
Salary: Retainer rates - £30.56 (per 8 hour shift) from 09:00 Monday through to 08:59 Saturday and £40.24 from 09:00 Saturday through to 08:59 Monday.
The attendance payment is £16.01 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per case.
Shift Patterns: Out of hours weekday evenings and weekends days and nights.
Main duties of the job
* 1st point of contact for service users.
* Support process of a service user and their family visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and assisting in the collecting of forensic evidence.
* Ensuring that a high standard of DNA anti‑contamination is maintained between forensic cases (cleaning).
* Assisting patients and liaising with other agencies regarding the management of the service user pathway.
* Assisting with preparation, service user support and acting as an advocate during their time at the SARC.
* Be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network.

* Whilst the position may be based from one location, additional travel may be a requirement of the role across SARC’s, therefore a UK driving licence is required for this role and access to a vehicle.
* Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting will be required.
