KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant for an innovative manufacturing business based in North Shields. Your duties will be as follows:
* Assisting with the preparation of month end accounts and supporting reports
* Balance sheet reconciliations, calculation and posting of accruals & prepayments
* Extracting and analysing general ledger data for various internal and external purposes
* Asset recording, depreciation calculation and posting
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns
* Bank transactions and reconciliations
* Supplier BACS payments
* Aged debtors and creditors reviews and reconciliations
* Payroll processing, salary payments and PAYE submissions
* Providing cover for purchase ledger and credit control
* Customs compliance monitoring
* Managing a small team
This is an excellent opportunity for a QBE or part-qualified Accountant who is looking for a hands-on role while working alongside the Financial Controller.
