Store Manager – Kings Lynn (Full‑time, 40 hrs)
Pandora’s Stores are recognized for delivering world‑class in‑store experiences. We are currently looking for a proactive, results‑driven store manager to join our team in Kings Lynn. The Role
As the store manager, you will serve as the brand ambassador and be responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating special memories for our customers.
What To Expect From The Role
* Support and motivate the in‑store team on a day‑to‑day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying opportunities to maximize KPIs while setting a high‑level example of Pandora customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable the store’s successful commercial execution.
* Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training and nurture your team to unlock their full potential with the support of the regional sales manager.
