Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring work aligns with the TLE Quality Assurance process.

Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue, ensuring all course information is up to date at all times.

Involvement in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes of work.

Support the education, development, and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions in the organization.

Identify and implement continuous improvements in learning provision.

Manage own workload with excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, including effective travel planning.

Support training needs analysis to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual for the position of Mandatory Trainer, mainly delivering Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training, and other Quality & Safety training such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution across our Community Adult and Children's Services. This role offers part-time or flexible working options.

Qualifications:

* A relevant fire safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, Fire Protection Association Advanced Fire Safety Management, Membership of Institute of Fire Engineers, Loughborough Post Graduate Certificate, CFPA Diploma, or extensive fire service experience).
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Recognized level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe).

Skills & Experience:

* Ability to deliver training across various health and care subjects.
* Experience in designing and delivering high-quality blended learning solutions for health and care audiences.
* Proficiency in digital tools for training development and delivery.
* Knowledge of curriculum development and course design.
