About the Role
We are seeking two compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistants to join our close-knit team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive comfort, safety, and support throughout the night.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
 1. Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with toileting, washing, dressing, and mobility.
 2. Monitor residents throughout the night, responding promptly to their needs and ensuring their comfort and safety.
 3. Carry out regular checks on residents and maintain accurate records and documentation.
 4. Support residents with bedtime and morning routines.
 5. Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and home policies (training provided if required).
 6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home.
 7. Communicate effectively with colleagues, day staff, and management to ensure continuity of care.
 8. Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
 9. Provide companionship and reassurance to residents who may feel anxious or unsettled during the night.
About You
 10. Kind, patient, and caring nature.
 11. Previous experience in a care setting (preferred, but full training can be provided).
 12. Good communication and teamwork skills.
 13. Reliable and flexible, with a genuine interest in supporting older people.
