Experience working within a nursing home environment. Senior nursing experience (e.g. Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse). Strong knowledge of DoLS, safeguarding, and compliance. What You’ll Do: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards. Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement. Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards. Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff. Work closely with management to support safe, effective service delivery.
