* Progress Diagnostics: Run regular formative and summative assessment routines, using pupil tracking data to diagnose learning misconceptions and design sharp, targeted intervention sessions.
* Numeracy Drive: Assist the broader department in implementing cross-curricular numeracy strategies, fostering mathematical confidence and mathematical application across all subjects.
* Pastoral Responsibilities: Undertake full form tutor duties, managing morning registration, tracking pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal and social development units.
