We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our back-office operations and enhance efficiency across various finance functions.
As a key member of our Finance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily financial processes, including invoicing, ledger management, and bank payments. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of end-to-end finance procedures, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Process timely and accurate supplier payments to maintain company cash flow
* Maintain precise supplier cost coding and manage ledger controls
* Oversee stock item invoicing and cost allocation
* Handle self-billing processes and payments in accordance with partner agreements
* Ensure prompt customer invoicing and purchase order recording
* Manage credit note requests, ensuring financial control
* Build strong relationships with suppliers to optimize working capital
* Uphold banking controls and documentation for approvals
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience in ledger accounting, bank, and transaction reconciliations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage or similar)
* Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
* Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
* Confidence and credibility in presenting information
