What You’ll Be Doing
* Learning the full operational process, from planning and resourcing to customer service and compliance
* Assisting in leading teams, allocating staff and vehicles, and ensuring moves run smoothly
* Managing operational costs, reporting, and forecasting
* Conducting customer visits to monitor quality and service standards
* Investigating and resolving any claims or complaints
* Maintaining compliance with transport legislation and health & safety standards
* Supporting and coaching operational staff to achieve excellence
What We’re Looking For

* Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of transport legislation and operational best practice is desirable
