Responsibilities
* Deliver lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher
* Create a positive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning
* Provide constructive feedback to students, both written and verbal
* Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Teaching Assistants, and Parents/Carers to support pupil progress and individual needs
Requirements
* Ability to deliver the national curriculum across KS3 and KS4 in various subjects
* Relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE
* Passion and dedication to supporting students' potential
* Current enhanced DBS registered with the update service or willingness to apply for one
