We’re searching for a talented principal Mobile Engineer to join our team and lead the charge on building a one-of-a-kind mobile platform that manages finances for super yachts and touring bands—pretty cool, huh? This isn’t your average gig; you’ll be owning the mobile side of a complex system that caters to some truly unique industries, mastering the latest tech stacks for both iOS (think SwiftUI, Combine, and all the modern Apple goodies) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and beyond), while collaborating with our React Native engineers to craft a cohesive mobile strategy across the entire tech estate.
Expect to get your hands dirty with a variety of tasks: architecting and implementing robust mobile apps and features, optimizing performance for seamless user experiences, and developing cross-platform integrations that make life easier for our clients—like automated invoicing on the go or real-time expense tracking. You’ll also troubleshoot gnarly bugs, mentor the team on best practices, ensure everything scales as we grow, and bridge native iOS/Android work with React Native for a unified strategy. If you thrive on solving real-world problems with clean, cutting-edge mobile code, this could be right up your alley.

If you want to there is an office in Manchester where 50% of the business works from but you have the flexibility to make it work your way, as long as you’re based in the UK.
