Acting as a critical pillar for execution within the local market, the role coordinates local marketing activation of centrally created strategies and materials in a cluster organisation. This is a diverse and fast-paced role with a focus across multiple key customer touchpoints.
The role coordinates execution of brand marketing activations and interactions in the market. Key focus will be on B2B marketing activity (online and offline), POS creation and execution, local PR, trade events, and local brand activations such as sponsorships & partnerships.
The purpose and responsibilities of this role:
* Implement all marketing activities guided by the cluster (GB & IE), including local coordination and execution of communications (online and offline), campaigns, website and webshop activation, social media, and local promotions (D2C). Work closely with agencies.
* Create and localise digital content and print materials (visuals, videos, text) for various touchpoints along the customer journey or for specific events such as fairs and dealer events, supporting the Trade Shop and Marketing Lead.
* Work closely with the local Trade Marketing team within Sales to ensure effective creation and distribution of POS materials for in-store and online channels.
* Support the Trade Shop and Marketing Lead in channel/account prioritisation, annual plans, and activities like Black Friday.
* Consult with the lead on spend, coordinate and monitor local marketing and advertising budgets, shop-in-shop displays, and digital activation plans.
* Assist Product Trainers and Culinary Experts in running training events and cooking sessions for both B2B and D2C audiences.
* Plan, execute, and participate in trade fairs and customer activation events.
* Present new products, price lists, and promotions to other departments within the local structure.
* Support the creation of selling tools for the local organisation.
* Execute marketing activities related to Service.
Education:
* Degree or equivalent work experience with evidence of continuous learning.
Experience and Competencies:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a mid-level role, preferably in a premium brand or consumer goods industry.
* Motivated, with a mindset for continuous improvement, able to inspire others and work within a target-oriented team.
* Ability to positively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-starting, intuitive, highly organised, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative, able to adapt global campaigns and POS.
* Commercially minded with excellent communication and presentation skills in the local language.
* Willing to travel within the country to build and maintain B2B relationships.
