We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Lloyds Care Group Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services. Ensure that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity. You will be required to conduct spot checks and supervisions. You will conduct risk assessments of new packages. Required to be Oncall pro rata, paid at an additional rate.
Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
Motivated to deliver first class care
Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
Knowledge of CQC and council Compliance is essential.
Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
28 days holidays
Salary 24-27k depending on experience.
