Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, as a Compliance Analyst the primary function is to protect the company from exposure to money laundering, specifically in regards to onboarding clients by providing AML guidance and advice.
1. Review clients and conduct KYC across various alternative investment structures to assess AML and fraud risk.
2. Carrying out Due Diligence analysis on various client types (corporate entities, trusts, funds, non-bank financial intermediaries, SPVs) potentially within non-equivalent jurisdictions.
3. Carrying out KYC investigations and escalations of Politically Exposed Peoples, State Owned Entities, Adverse Media.
