Regional Facilities Manager - No Fixed Place of Work Regional Facilities Manager Candidate to be based in the North Region with travel required across (England, Scotland, Ireland) Working Hours: 40 hour per week Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 per year Bonus Car allowance Sodexo are looking for an experienced and people focused Regional Workplace Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high quality FM services across a diverse regional portfolio. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our client sites operate safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, legislative and company standards. About the Role In this role, you will oversee the smooth and effective running of workplace and FM services across regional Quilter sites. You will coordinate subcontractors, lead Sodexo teams and build strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence and exceptional workplace experiences. You will act as a key champion for compliance, safety and company standards, while also driving employee engagement and supporting the development of a positive workplace culture. A natural leader, you will inspire and coach teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve all contractual KPIs. This position requires regular travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop operational teams to deliver high performance Ensure full compliance with health, safety, contractual and company policies Drive governance, audit readiness and quality across Hard FM and Soft FM services Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders Identify and lead strategic improvement projects to enhance people, processes and overall performance Support financial delivery through effective budget management and productivity optimisation Foster a culture of Zero Harm and champion Sodexo's mission and values Collaborate closely with regional engineering teams to ensure coordination of technical services Manage service delivery across a wide geographical portfolio and respond proactively to operational needs What We're Looking For Strong experience in FM operational delivery, ideally across multiple sites Proven leadership and line management capability Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and interpreting financial information Competent IT skills, including MS Office and relevant FM systems Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure Experience working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities A flexible, proactive and solutions focused mindset Why This Role Matters This position is critical in shaping the client and employee experience across the region.
