Providing general administrative support within Engineering Department

Hours & Remuneration

1. Mon - Thur, - 5pm, Fri - 2pm
2. Salary depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

3. Carrying out general administration and reporting duties
4. Working within the team to ensure the timely review and release of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and associated Engineering drawings
5. Administration of the system
6. Maintaining the Configuration tracker and producing reports as required on a daily/weekly basis
7. Taking and distributing minutes for meetings
8. Reviewing and releasing Engineering Drawings
9. Uploading Technical Documents
10. Providing support to the team for bid submittals when required
11. On occasion, providing support in Engineering offices across other sites

What We're Looking For:

Essential

12. 1+ years' experience providing administration support
13. Strong IT skills - particularly MS Office Suite
14. Ability to work under pressure, managing tasks and meeting deadlines
15. Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people from various departments
16. Highly organised and able to forward plan
17. Dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics
18. The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Desirable

19. Experience in PLM / MRP systems
20. Previous experience within an Admin Role within Engineering
21. Experience in an Engineering/Production environment
