Summary
Plumpton College, a leader in land and environment education, is expanding its Agricultural Engineering provision and seeks a highly qualified lecturer to join the team on a full‑time or part‑time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across the Agricultural Engineering curriculum.
* Support students to maximise their potential and advance their studies and employability.
* Inspire and motivate learners through industry and technical expertise.
* Contribute to the development of new programmes and continuous improvement of vocational delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree or Level 3 qualification in agricultural, horticultural or land‑based engineering.
* Up‑to‑date advanced technical knowledge and skills in agricultural, horticultural or land‑based machinery.
* Teaching experience or experience of working with apprentices or students is desirable but not essential; a new graduate with a strong technical background is welcome.
* Professional, hardworking, confident team‑player who is passionate about teaching.
