Your new role
You will be providing support for children with special educational needs and disabilities. This role will require 1:1 support/interventions with pupils to support them as well as working closely with staff members. You will be liaising with other members of staff, external agencies and parents to ensure the needs of each child are met.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with pupils in a primary school
Have a teaching qualification
Hold the national SENCO qualification or experience as SENCO
