This role is ideal for qualified practitioners as well as those with hands-on childcare experience looking for greater flexibility. It’s also a great fit if you’re returning to early years or want to keep your skills up to date without committing to a full-time role.
What we’re looking for
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
* A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
* Confidence supporting outdoor and play-based learning
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
* Basic safeguarding knowledge or willingness to learn
