The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and performance go hand in hand on a 6 month FTC.
What You’ll Be Doing...
* Designing visually engaging content across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints.
* Creating assets for 360° omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
* Bringing campaigns to life through motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social channels.
* Adapting global creative assets for the UK market whilst maintaining brand consistency.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to interpret briefs, present ideas, and refine creative concepts.
* Ensuring all creative is optimised for its intended channel, from website and app to email, social, print and OOH.
* Supporting the delivery of key seasonal campaigns and cultural moments across the marketing calendar.
* Staying ahead of design trends and digital innovation to continuously elevate creative output.
What You’ll Bring...
* Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
* A strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics capabilities.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
* Experience in motion design, video editing, and animation.
* A strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, and content optimisation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve and innovate.
