Flk Recruitment is supporting one of the UK's most well-known consumer brands as they look to expand their UK People team with the appointment of a new People Business Partner covering the Midlands and South region for 12-18 months to cover maternity.
Reportingto a super supportive Head of People, you will work closely with a variety of senior stakeholders across the region and support the development and delivery of people-focused solutions by influencing & educating the leaders in the business in alignment with the people agenda.
You must be a true generalist with strong experience in delivering People programmes around the following areas: Employee Relations, EDI, Engagement, Talent, L&D, HRMI, Resourcing, Reward and Internal Comms. Working alongside COEs, you will focus on driving cultural change and lead on all project-related People initiatives.
