in Newcastle.
Location:
Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week (7.5 hrs/day) – flexibility required for shifts & weekends
Salary:
£23,000 – £24,000 (PAYE) + holiday benefits
Assessment Day:

What you'll do:
Answer customer calls promptly and professionally
Log and validate contacts on internal systems
Resolve queries using banking tools and resources
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
What we're looking for:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Flexible with shifts and weekends
Prior customer service experience (preferred, not essential – full training provided)
