Key Responsibilities: Support the Business Development Manager by shaping and implementing a sales strategy aligned to annual business objectives Drive connection growth and retention through a structured engagement programme with independent supply chain partners Support decarbonisation objectives by identifying and promoting training and upskilling opportunities that enable local installation companies to offer a multi-measure approach (including energy-efficiency upgrades and the installation of emerging low-carbon heating technologies). Manage, monitor and report on individual and team performance, producing sales forecasts to inform monthly and annual planning Ensure compliance across all sales-related activity, including adherence to legal standards, industry regulations and internal policies; support audits, policy updates, staff training and investigation of any breaches.
