* Help pupils manage their emotions and behaviour through consistent, calm approaches.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and staff.
* Provide 1:1 support and lead small intervention groups.
* Support transitions and daily routines to maintain stability and predictability.
Ideal candidate
* Previous experience in education, youth work, or care (desirable).
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
* Confidence supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional challenges.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm under pressure.
We offer
* Excellent support and training in behaviour management and trauma-informed practice.
* A warm, collaborative staff culture.
* Weekly pay, dedicated consultant support, and professional growth opportunities.
