MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gloucester, Gloucestershire to recruit a Lead Dentist on a permanent basis.
Vacancy Details
* Available from June 2026.
* Notice periods are considered.
* Full or part time position – Flexible days and hours.
* Position would involve 1 day per week focussed on Urgent Care and 4 days per week supporting UDA delivery.
* Lead Dentist will also be responsible for ongoing educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists.
* Self employed Associate Dentist role.
* Position available following a recent practice acquisition.
Remuneration & Benefits
* Projected earnings of £120,000+ per annum.
* 5000 UDAs at £16 per UDA.
* 50% Private split.
* £500 per full day for Urgent Care sessions plus an additional Clinical Lead supplement.
* NHS Educational Supervisor payment for supporting Foundation Dentists.
* Golden Hello available (terms apply).
* Clinical freedom.
* Support from an experienced Nurse and Admin team.
