A leading independent construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their established commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of cost plans, budget estimates, and tender documentation.
* Managing procurement processes and providing contract administration support.
* Ongoing cost management and monitoring of project expenditure.
* Evaluation of contractor claims, including extensions of time and loss & expense.
* Providing risk management, reinstatement valuations, and third-party cost reports.
* Supporting dispute resolution with clear, evidence-based reporting.
What We're Looking For
1. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar discipline).
2. Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
3. Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
