We're partnered with a high-growth technology business investing heavily in AI, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure. They're now hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build the systems that take AI from prototype to production.
This is not a role focused on AI experimentation or one-off GenAI demos.
It's a chance to build the core platform, tooling, and infrastructure that enables teams to deploy LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, and retrieval systems in a way that's scalable, secure, and production-ready.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Building the core AI platform for LLM-powered products and internal AI tooling
2. Creating the APIs, services, and developer tooling that make AI easy to adopt across teams
3. Designing and operating agent-based and multi-model workflows
4. Building and scaling RAG pipelines, retrieval services, and vector search infrastructure
5. Improving the reliability, latency, observability, and cost-efficiency of AI workloads
