Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating seamless client experiences? Join The Gap Partnership as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class professional development workshops and consulting projects.

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll manage the full logistics lifecycle—from confirmed work through to post-event follow-up—ensuring every workshop, event, and client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll oversee venue coordination, delegate management, and operational support, all while collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver a consistently outstanding client experience.

Key responsibilities:

* Venue & Logistics Management: Manage and negotiate all venue bookings for in-person workshops and events, ensuring cost efficiency and brand alignment.
* Client Coordination: Manage delegate communications, workshop set-up, and virtual platforms to guarantee a smooth participant journey.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure all logistical requirements are executed flawlessly.
* Operational Excellence: Uphold our high service standards while driving continuous improvement and efficiencies.
* Finance & Admin: Support budgets, manage invoices, and liaise with suppliers to ensure contracts and costs are managed effectively.

About You:

* Experienced in event, client logistics or similar environment, with strong attention to detail.
* A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
* Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
* Methodical, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
* Additional language capability in German, French or Dutch would be advantageous
