Main Responsibilities
* Expand our home-delivered frozen food service beyond direct-to-consumer channels.
* Drive new business by developing strategic partnerships and securing B2B contracts with care providers, NHS, local authorities, and new distribution channels like vending.
* Convert agreements and partnerships into sales revenue.
Success Metrics
* Secure new B2B contracts with care providers, NHS, local authorities, and charities.
* Manage tendering processes, working cross-functionally with support teams on pricing, products, and delivery.
* Develop and maintain strategic alliances and referral partnerships to generate sales.
* Expand frozen vending machines across the UK in healthcare and private sectors.
* Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitable partnerships.
* Engage with domiciliary care providers, assisted living, and hospices to integrate meal delivery.
* Attend and promote our range at education events and via LinkedIn to decision-makers.
* Support franchisees in managing B2B relationships and order fulfillment.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in healthcare or food distribution.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure contracts.
* Ability to engage with decision-makers like NHS procurement teams and care home managers.
* Commercially minded with experience in revenue forecasting.
* Excellent relationship management and account development skills.
* Strategic thinker capable of identifying long-term growth opportunities.
