Job purpose
A Graduate in the South London Commercial Property Management Department, working alongside Property Managers to support daily operations and ensure efficient management of properties.
Role Dimensions
* Inputting and amending records in the property management database, Qube.
* Managing utility and council tax accounts.
* Assisting with building service charge budgets and lease event management.
* Obtaining quotations, processing invoices, and liaising with contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating with clients, tenants, contractors, and staff.
* Monitoring workload and handling building issues.
* Issuing work orders, verifying invoices, and maintaining database accuracy.
* Supporting health & safety procedures and property inspections.
* Assisting with tenant debt management and utility recharges.
Communications & working relationships
Internal and external contacts include property management teams, accounts, facilities, clients, tenants, and service providers.
Key performance indicators
* Building relationships and resolving issues promptly.
* Supporting team collaboration and maintaining quality standards.
* Developing understanding of property management processes.
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and experience required
* Confident communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT, especially Excel.
* Understanding tenant concerns and acting per client instructions.
* Team player attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
