Job Title:Employment Advisor / Recruiter
Location:Centre based
Salary:up to £29,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type:Full Time, 12-month fixed term contract from June 2026

The Role:
* Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gainingsustainable employment.
* Identify and support individuals with any barriers to work.
* Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
* Support participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.
* Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
* Maintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.
Criteria:
* Experience of working in a target driven environment – business development, sales, recruitment, customer service etc.
* Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
* Must be IT literate.
