The Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the site’s sales strategy, building strong revenue streams and long-term relationships within the hospitality and corporate markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and delivering a robust sales strategy aligned with brand values and revenue targets
* Driving corporate, private dining, and event sales with a strong focus on premium hospitality clients
* Building and maintaining relationships with corporates, agencies, event planners, and key local partners
* Collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience
