Junior Account Executive (German Speaking)
We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager with conversational German skills to join our commercial team. If you're commercially savvy, curious about market trends, and comfortable building relationships in both English and German, this is your chance to grow in a role that blends insight-driven consulting with strategic sales.
🔎 What You’ll Do:
* Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across DACH and international markets.
* Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls in both German and English to engage potential clients.
* Work closely with senior BDMs and researchers to develop custom proposals and pitch decks.
* Manage inbound inquiries and help convert prospects into long-term clients.
* Attend industry events, virtual meetings, and client briefings to support growth and retention.
* Keep detailed records of outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
🧠 What You Bring:
* 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (internships welcome).
* Conversational proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) — able to communicate confidently with clients.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across cultures and industries.
* Interest in market research, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
* Organised, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a consultative sales environment.
* Bonus: Experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
